### Summary
When 'Freeze when the screen turns off' is enabled, after screen is turned off screen turns on again with low brightness and 'Adaptive brightness' turned off. I think this is useful when applications are being turned off using accessibility service, but it should not happen when using in **root mode**.
### Steps to reproduce
Using in root mode.
1) Set 'Intelligent: Freeze after' to 0.
2) Enable 'Freeze when the screen turns off'.
3) Open some apps for which 'Intelligent freeze mode' is set.
4) Turn off screen.
### What is the current (bug) behavior?
Just after screen is turned off, screen turns on again with low brightness and 'Adaptive brightness' turned off.
### What would be the expected (correct) behavior?
When SF is being used in root mode, screen don't turn on again and Adaptive brightness is not disabled.
If turning on the screen is necessary even in root mode, then brightness level and 'Adaptive brightness' should be set to their previous state after the freezing is done.
